Delivery Terms

Orders received Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following working day. Where there is a delay in the supply of goods, we will advise you as soon as practically possible.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you submitted at checkout. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

What if I’m not home? 

You can enter comments for the delivery driver during checkout with instructions of where to leave your delivery. To guarantee delivery we recommend someone is at home on the day you select for delivery.

Damaged products

Whilst we try very hard to deliver our item to you in perfect condition, in the event that it does arrive damaged we will replace it for you. To report a damaged product please email us at info@vivolife.co.za

Returns

If you decide you do not want any item in your order then you can return it to us within 30 days provided that it is un-open and in the same condition in which it arrived. We will issue you a full refund for the item or an exchange. (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty).
